How We Work

One roof.
No handoffs.

How a project moves through the studio, beat by beat. From the brief on the table to the master out the door, in one continuous handoff-less line.

Principles

01

Kickoff

Day one is a working call, not a kickoff deck. We walk the brief, the references, and the date the work has to land. By end of day a creative POV and a real schedule are in place.

02

Editorial + Animation

David is on every project — either cutting it himself or leading the creative directly. Animation and design ride alongside editorial from the first week, evolving with the cut rather than waiting for it to lock. Notes on Frame.io in real time, same room, same conversation.

03

Color + Audio

The grade and the mix come in next, but never as a vendor handoff. Colorists and sound designers work against the same shared timeline as editorial — same creative POV, same notes, just different craft. The work moves between the team, not between vendors.

04

Delivery

Final masters out to broadcast, OTT, and social specs the same day editorial locks. QC done before the file ever reaches you.

Why this works

The model
is the speed.

Every project is different, so we don’t pin specific turnaround numbers to the wall. What we’ll commit to is this: a project that moves through one team saves time everywhere it touches.

Notes don’t get translated between vendors. Specs don’t get re-explained. A change in the cut doesn’t cascade as a chain of vendor change-orders. Color and sound don’t wait their turn — they sit on the same shared timeline as editorial. Communication, feedback, navigating the project, moving into finishing, getting to delivery — all of it streamlines because the team never changes hands.

You’re not buying a faster cut. You’re buying the model that makes “fast” structural.

Common Questions

How long does a typical project take?

+

Depends on the scope—amount of footage, rounds of revisions, deliverables, whether design and animation are involved. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand what you're working with.

What's your pricing structure?

+

We quote per project based on what you actually need. No hidden fees, no hourly rates that balloon out of control. You know the cost before we start.

Do you work with agencies or direct to brands?

+

Both. We're comfortable taking creative direction from agencies or working directly with in-house teams and brands.

How do you feel about the phrase "we'll fix it in post"?

+

We hate it. Post isn't a magic eraser—it's part of the creative process. Bring us in early and we'll help you avoid problems, not just patch them later.

What's your favorite meal?

+

Charcuterie board. Good ingredients, no cooking required, and it pairs well with tight deadlines.

How do I get started?
