What we collect
Workprint is a small post-production studio. We do not run advertising, sell data, or operate a customer database. We collect only what we need to do the work and answer email — namely, the information you give us directly when you contact us, send us briefs, share files for review, or apply to work with us.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, deliver the work, send invoices, and stay in touch about ongoing projects. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We may share it with the small number of vendors we use to operate the business — accounting, hosting, email — under the terms of their own privacy policies.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses minimal first-party analytics to understand how visitors land on and move through the pages. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
File uploads & shared media
Materials sent to us as part of a project — cuts, footage, briefs, comments — are kept on the services we use to run those projects (cloud storage, review tools, edit systems). Access is restricted to the team working on your project. When the project closes we follow the retention schedule agreed in the SOW.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@workprint.la and we'll get back to you within a reasonable window.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we'll change the date at the top of the page. For minor edits, we won't.
