About this site
workprint.la is the public-facing site of Workprint, a post-production studio operated in Los Angeles. The site exists to show our work, explain how we operate, and make it easy to get in touch. These terms cover the basics of using it.
Content & ownership
The work shown on this site — videos, frames, copy, design — is the property of Workprint and our clients. You can share links to the site freely. Reproducing the work itself for anything other than personal viewing or industry reference (writeups, commentary, awards consideration) requires permission. Email us and ask.
Project agreements live elsewhere
Anything you contract us to make is governed by the SOW or master agreement we sign with you, not this page. These terms only cover use of the website itself.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it working, accurate, and fast, but we don't guarantee uptime or that everything is perfectly current. If something is broken, let us know and we'll fix it.
Third-party services
We use external services for hosting, analytics, video delivery, and email. Their terms apply to their portion of the experience. We pick services that do not undermine the privacy posture described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute that can't be resolved over coffee will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County.

If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
